In 2020 different training sessions were accomplished. In February 2020 face-to-face training sessions (replicating those ones held at end 2019 in Valencia) were organized in Terrasa.
Now, in May 2020, 3 additional online training sessions were done (due to Covid-19 lockdown scenario face-to-face originally planed training sessions where adapted and successfully carried out online). Strong effort of disseminating training sessions among different stakeholders and in different social media has been done in order to achieve as much citizen engagement as possible, considering the special circumstances caused by COVID-19 lockdown. As an example mention that workshops were disseminated in different social media (mainly LinkedIn and Twitter), reaching more than 2.300 people across the world, In total 33 people attended Infinity training sessions in 2020.
In May 2020 3 different 2nd stage of training sessions were done: 2 training sessions with target 1 (family/caregivers of elderly with MCI), 1 training session with target 2 (health care professionals) and additionally 2 in-depth interviews with target 3 (Professional service providers and/or distributors)
Place & Timetable : Online video meeting. Training sessions program was organized for 1 hour each of them.
Moderators: 3 researchers attended the training workshop (2 IBV +1 UPV) and 1 observer from IBV collaborating taking notes for information processing afterwards.
Planning session main blocks distribution is detailed below:
1.Welcome and presentation of the INFINITy Project
2.Explanation and demonstration of the use of the APP and NFC CARD
3.Workshop focused on the use of APP and CARDS followed a semi-structured script in order to achieve information in main topics (functionality, usability and business model):
3.1 Initial knowledge for smartphone usage and key aspects of usage of system like Infinity form the point of view of final users (people with MCI) and their vision as family/caregivers, healthcare professionals & distributors.
3.2 Global assessment of Infinity
3.3 Usability and Functionality Assessment.
3.4 Distribution perception and clues to market.

Materials used in the sessions were: script-discussion guide (followed by moderators) , informed consent that participants signed prior to beginning of training session and In-depth Interviews and sent to organisers via email, different stimuli shared with participants in online meeting such us: power point presentations (for Infinity project, Infinity app screenshots and images of NFC cards) and 2 short videos were shown (1 with real participant outdoor use and 1 video usage demo from IBV researcher) as training material prior to start focus group discussion on main topics described above.
Information treatment: Training sessions and In-depth Interviews were recorded prior to participants consent (video and audio) and all information transcript into text to have all participants inputs considered and to be analysed in a qualitative way.
